AeroPackaging, Inc’s Clear Natural Poly is a strong, clean all-purpose packaging film designed to balance good handling characteristics with an extremely clean surface. Available in standard thickness of .004″ and .006″ and custom thickness from .002″ to .008″.
Clear Natural Poly is one of the least expensive cleanroom packaging films available, while still supplying the highest level of performance. Fabricated from resin that is virgin (not recycled) and completely free of anti-blocks, slip agents and any other process aid. This, plus the quality processing procedures used for extrusion and manufacturing, ensures the highest-quality bags available. Clear Natural Poly is used as primary and or barrier bag, Clear Natural Poly is an excellent choice because of durability, strength and ease of handling.
Standard items manufactured from Clear Natural Poly are clean to NASA JPR 5322.1-G (formerly NASA JPG 5322) Level 100. Compare Cleanroom Poly Bags and Tubing packaging from AeroPackaging to Precision Clean® packaging from Fisher Container or Ultra-Clean™ HDPE, MDPE and LDPE packaging from Richmond Technology, as well as equivalent grades from KNF Clean Room Products (CRP).
Clear Natural Poly Bags are available in flat sizes from 2″x2″ to 48″x60″. Zipper Clear Natural Poly Bags are available from 3” X 3” to 31” X 40”. Clear Natural Poly Tubing is available in widths from 2″ to 60″ and standard roll lengths of 500 and 1000 feet. Handmade Clear Natural Poly Square Bottom Machine Covers are available engineered to you requirements. Poly Centerfold Sheeting is available in 12” to 60″ widths (folds out to twice original size).
